Shipping & Return policies
Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy – Essen Covers
Shipping Policy
At Essen Covers, we’re committed to timely and secure delivery of your order.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and tracking details once shipped.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- All COD orders are manually confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.
Delivery Timeline:
- Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days.
- Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Prepaid Orders & Failed Delivery Attempts:
- For prepaid orders, our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts.
- 
If undelivered, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). - 
In such cases, reverse delivery charges will be deducted from any eligible refund. 
 
-

If you’d like the order re-shipped after RTO, we’ll do it once more for Additional Rs50 shipping charge — this will be the final attempt. 
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a strict but transparent return policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.
✅ Eligible Return or Replacement Scenarios:
- 
You received the wrong model. 
- 
You received the wrong design. 
- 
The product has a fitting issue and is incompatible with your phone due to no fault of your own. 
In such cases:
- 
You must record an unboxing video (from breaking the seal to opening the box fully). 
- 
You must share clear images and video proof within 12 hours of delivery. 
❌ Returns or Refunds Will NOT Be Accepted If:
- 
You don’t like the design or the color appears slightly different than expected. 
- 
You ordered the wrong phone model. 
- 
You failed to provide unboxing video proof as required. 
- 
The product was used or tampered with. 
⚠️ Design & Color Disclaimer:
- 
Color and appearance may vary from screen to screen depending on phone display and lighting. 
- 
Two phones with different screens may show the same case in different tones side-by-side. 
- 
If in doubt, you may request a real-life image of the case via Instagram DM or WhatsApp before placing your order. 
Product Fit Notice – Camera Protection
All Essen Covers are designed with raised camera protection, whether:
- 
Closed camera lens covers, or 
- 
Open raised edges 
⚠️ If your phone has a camera ring, lamination, or third-party lens protector, the case may not fit properly.
- 
We primarily stock Open camera protection cases. 
- 
If unsure, please request an "open?closed camera protection" variant when placing your order or contact us via DM or WhatsApp to confirm. 
Reverse Shipping & Exchange Handling
- 
In all return or exchange cases, the reverse shipping charge is the customer's responsibility. 
- 
This cost will be: - 
Deducted from your refund, or 
- 
Collected before reshipment in case of an exchange. 
 
- 
Important Note
To be eligible for any return or replacement, you must record a full unboxing video from the moment you break the seal to the full reveal of the product. This is mandatory proof in case of a dispute.
